My approach to RevOps is consistent regardless of company stage: build systems that are low-friction, well-understood, and easy for everyone to use. The best RevOps work is invisible. Sales doesn't notice it because it just works. Leadership doesn't ask about it because the data is already in front of them. That's the goal.
